The Development Agency for Upper Gorenjska, together with the Sora Development Agency (Škofja Loka) and Bussiness-support center (BSC) Kranj, is committed to partaking in the activities of the Regional Development Agency (RDA) of Gorenjska. It is responsible for preparing key development documents in the region, which provide Gorenjska with project proposals for applying for state and European funds. Most of the activities are related to the Regional Development Program of Gorenjska 2021-2027, which is the fundamental program document at the regional level. It defines the advantages of the development region, determines its development priorities, and financially evaluates programs and projects.
