The countryside is our past, present, and future. It combines our natural and cultural heritage and defines our Alpine character. For rural areas’ future existence, it is necessary to create conditions for young people to recognize the entrepreneurial opportunity that the countryside represents. The crisis showed the intertwining and involvement of the rural areas in tourism and vice versa, with a strong focus on cuisine. That is why we are working hard to establish system support and connection with other stakeholders and to transfer knowledge from generation to generation.
